The goal of this development is to reduce emissions via environmentally friendly oxygen and hydrogen and thereby to protect the environment and the health of city residents. The high efficiency of these gases can reduce fuel consumption and emissions by some 15%. Worldwide application would mean annual savings of 667 million tons of CO2 for better air quality and reduced health risks. An additional benefit is that the gases are produced during operation, so there is no health hazard and no danger of explosion. The hybrid fuel system can easily be retrofitted into existing vehicles and has already been tested in public transportation in Taiwan and China. Worldwide marketing is already underway.

Система  , используя ННО ( водород по требованию ) , под управлением програмного обеспечения эффективно оптимизирует расход топлива при работе судовых ДВС как в генераторном режиме, так и в режиме пропульсивной установки. Т.е. обеспечивается экономия топлива и улучшение процесса сгорания топлива как при поддержании постоянных оборотов при переменной нагрузке, так и в режимах переменных оборотов ( маневренном режиме ).


Экономия топлива в среднем 30% обеспечивает окупаемость инвестиций в оборудование за период менее одного года эксплуатации как по прямым показателям экономии топлива, так и по косвенным расходам, связанным со стоимостью техобслуживания, в связи с увеличением межремонтного периода, снижения до 7 % нагрузки на циллиндро-порщневую группу, движение ( нагрузка на мотылевые и рамовые вкладыщи, коленвал), уменьшение нагара на седлах выхлопных клапанов , увеличение до 50% периода смены масла. 


В случае, когда ДВС имеет ECU - компьютерную систему управления ( DEUTZ, VolvoPenta серия D, Catterpillar и т.д. ) , необходимо использовать аналого-компьютерные системы - менеджеры типа Analytics ™ и  DataTrak ™ . Эти системы адаптивны под конктретное судно и его системы ,  настраиваемыt через HMI ( Human  Machine Interface ) посредством PLC программирования с использованием протокола CAN-Open, с ипользованием данных  с датчиков расхода топлива , мощности ( крутящий момент), температуры газовыхлопа , и т.д. Предлагаемый нами програмный комплекс является первым в своем роде и не имеет аналогов в отрасли. 

 

Наши задачи  - быстро и эффективно снизить эксплуатационные затраты судна за счет экономии топлива и стоимости ремонта. Т.е. за счет увеличения энергоэффективности. Снижение расхода топлива в среднем на 30% снижает фрахтовую ставку и увеличивает конкуренто-способность судна на рынке.
